Are there limits to the number of emails I can send? Is there a minimum number of emails I need to send to?

Can I use my own HTML with EmailYourBiz?
Yes! EmailYourBiz offers a built in visual editor, so you can edit code directly in EmailYourBiz. If you prefer to build the code outside of EmailYourBiz, you can just drop your code into our easy-to-use interface once it's ready. Is your email already loaded onto your website? Great! In that case, you can use our "Fetch" feature to pull the code directly from the web!

Do I need to know HTML to send out great campaigns?
No! With EmailYourBiz, you can use our e-mail templates for your campaign- you simply drop in the copy and logos. Users also have the option of using existing newsletter or announcement layouts that they provide themselves. You can use EmailYourBiz to deliver professional-looking newsletters even if you aren't familiar with HTML or web graphics. Or, our EZ Publishing designers can design a custom newsletter for you.

Is it possible to send the same e-mail in different formats? Yes. EmailYourBiz enables you to send your e-mail newsletter in text format and as rich HTML messages. The service can also send "Multi-Part" messages, HTML messages that are coded to recognize whether the user's programs accepts HTML messages; if the user's e-mail program is text-only, that subscriber will receive the text version of the e-mail.

Can I preview my email before I send it?
EmailYourBiz offers both preview and test features for when you are ready to send out your e-mail campaign. The service sends a test newsletter to your personal e-mail account before sending it to your customers. Also, you can open your newsletter in the different e-mail programs your customers might be using.

Does EmailYourBiz insert any advertising in my email content?
No, never. EmailYourBiz believes that all the content in your emails should be strictly your own, and we never use your communication to serve our own agenda.

Can I send emails to purchased, or harvested lists?
No, EmailYourBiz can only be used to communicate to opt-in lists grown by your own company. You cannot purchase or otherwise use a list "strangers".
